At Outback Daisy, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, boxes, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly sent

For approved quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a suitable solution.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must arrive in their original condition and packaging.

If a returned item shows signs of wear, use, damage, dirt, odor, or if the original packaging is damaged, missing, or unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to:

  • Deduct a reasonable fee from the refund amount depending on the condition of the item, or
  • Refuse the return or exchange entirely

If a return or exchange is refused, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product fault or our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, exchange, or refund where applicable.
