Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) on business days are generally shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We prioritise processing and dispatching Express Shipping orders first.

Out of Stock Items

In the event that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible with:

  • An estimated restock ETA, or
  • Alternative product options available

If no suitable alternative is accepted, a refund will be provided for the unavailable item.
